In 2011, the intelligent truck program was formally approved. Sinotruk’s truck intellectualization mailnly comprises driving intellectualization, vehicle running intellectualization and customized intellectualization.

So far, Sinotruk has successfully developed electronic engine start-stop-by-wire system, electronic accelerator-by-wire system, electronic smart shift control system, electronic service brake-by-wire system, electronic parking brake-by-wire system (through service brake) and electronic steering-by-wire system.
